In Thursday evening’s parade the best appearing fire department from town over 500 population was Colonial Beach with Manassas second and Winchester’s South End, third; best appearing from under 500 population town were Greenwood, Marshall and The Plains, in that order. Colonial Beach was also the unit travelling the longest distance.
