The tract is a part of land owned by the late General Daniel Noce.
WALTER MASTERSON said the way he understood it, Davis maintains that the proposed development would amount to a subdivision of a subdivision. Baumgardner, however, indicated he didn’t think this was required. Neither did Luke; neither did Barksdale.
Baumgardner said in his view the way Lindgren had laid out the lots—all in excess of 25 acres— they amounted to “farmettes” and therefore were allowed subdivision in an agricultural zone.
