Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine granola, flour salt and cinnamon in large mixing bowl. In another bowl beat egg yolks ana
mix with water (fnd honey if used); then add liquid to drj^ little at a time and mix well. The result should be a thick batter that will easily drop from a spoon. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry, then fold batter. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto a well oiled cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
