SHERIFF William Bun tin was queried about prosecuting people who abuse the dumpster privilege. Buntin said it is difficult to catch people at this, since “our department has no allowance for patrol, so when we’re out we’re out for a purpose. If we see anybody illegal at the dumps, it’s because we just happen to see them on our wav to something else.”
