BARKSDALE said Davis had told him that in some way the subdivision violated state law, but the chairman said he had not actually seen the law alluded to.

Eventually, Luke made a motion recommending approval of Lindgren’s plans, subject to its meeting all stipulations of the subdivision ordinance and sedimentation and erosion control regulations.
