ARE YOU INTERESTED IN QUALITY HCALtH CARE for the people in your area and the surrounding region? If so, read on. The Board of Directors of the Northwestern Virginia Health Systems Agency, Inc. is federally funded, private, non profit organization and its Health Advisory Council composed of health care providers and consumers are working together to monitor and improve the availability and accessibility of health care services and contain increases in health care costs. An opportunity now exists to join the Rappahannock-Rapidan Health Advisory Council in this important work. Applications received through this notice will be considered from persons 18 years of age or above. Council Directors are not paid but are reimbursed for various expenses of attending meetings. Directors positions for the following expiring terms of current members must be filled from Planning District 9. 1. Consumer positions to represent consumers of Orange, Culpeper, and Fauquier Counties. 2. Provider positions to represent the provider categories of Health Officer and Physician.
