PUBLIC The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, on January 12, 1979, ordered the following proposed changes in its regulations pursuant to Sections 29 125, 29-126 and 29 127 or the Code of Virginia. A public hearinq for the purpose Of adopting such changes will be held at the Holiday Inn West, 3200 W. Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, at 9:30 a.m., February 23, 1979.
