In response to the questions and objections, Fletcher agreed to consult with the Co-ops board of directors and meet again with the planning commission at a special session set for 7:30 p.m. November 28.

In his opening remarks, last Wednesday Fletcher described the Co-op as benefit to the community and one of the largest industries in Rappahannock. He said that approval of the rezoning would provide the Co-op with “additional storage area” and would enable the business to give greater service.
