“I want to discuss it a little more . . . The thing that concerns me is the 9.66 acres,” said Miller. “That’s a lot of land for no purpose other than the right to do what they want to do when the time comes.”
“I’m just curious as to whether the board of directors understands this situation,” said Estes. "Personally, I'd rather have the land zoned agricultural and fight this fight 15 years down the road with lower taxes in the meantime.” he added.
