Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Claude Bright and Margaret J. Bright, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated April 12, 1979, and recorded April 13, 1979, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia, in Deed Book 131, at page 362, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in said deed of trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holder of the note to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned. James W Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of the said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on Monday. December 17, 1979, at 9:30 A.M. (EST)all that certain tract or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the town of Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, described as follows:

"All that certain lot or parcel of land known as the James A. Estes Johnson Property (which is bounded on the South by the highway leading from Sperryville to Culpeper, on the East by the lands of Zula H. Sealock. on the North by the land of William H. Johnson, (now J H. Daily), and on the West by the lane leading from said public highway to the property of Luther Brown and others. "

The real estate herein described is the same which was conveyed to Claude Bright, ,,by deed dated January 27,1965 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 83, at page 25.
