Duncan in Boston, where they celebrated Mr. Weaver’s birthday. Mrs. Penaranda was a Tuesday overnight guest of her father. VisitingWednesday were Freddy Butler and Mrs. George Butler of Boston. Houseguests Friday and Saturday were John Weaver of Washington, D. C. and Patty Penaranda of Fairfax. Mike Hicks of Culpeper was a Saturday caller.

Miss Lois Yates of Newport News was a Friday evening dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. John Norman and Leslie. Michael Bosma of Culpeper was a Saturday luncheon guest.

The Flint Hill Rescue Squad transported Collis Dodson from his home in Flint Hill November 16 to Warren Memorial, November 19 Miss Addie Boyd was taken to Warren Memorial, November 22 they responded to an accident on Rt. 659 but services were not needed, November 25, Thomas Allen Shaw was taken from Flint Hill to Fauquier Hospital, November 27, Mrs. Mary Brady was taken to Warren Memorial. On December 1 this unit responded to the residence of Gilbert Cameron, whb was DOA, and on December 2 Pete Doe was involved in an accident on Rt. 628 and 606, however, patient refused service. James j B. Foster was taken from his home in Flint Hill on December 7 to Warren Memorial. The Flint Fire Dept, answered a call to the residence of Rosie Smoot for a chimney fire December 2.

Church Notices

Candlelight services will be held at Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, Sperryville, Christmas Eve, December 24 at 7 p.m. The Sunday School of Reynolds Memorial will have their Christmas program, Monday evening, December 17 at 7:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
