A funeral service for Jack Marshall Pierce of Nashville, Tenn. was held December 5 at the Geest Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper. The,Rev. Ray Crockett conducted the service. Interment was in Culpeper Masonic Cemetery.
Mr. Pierce, 59, died December 1 in Little Rock, Ark. as a result of injuries sustained in a fall. He was a construction manager for 3M Advertising Co.
He was a native of Rixeyville, the son of the late Albert Walter Pierce and Mary Ferguson Pierce, and a graduate of Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, D.C.
He was a veteran of World War II, a member of the Amissville United Methodist Church, Almas Temple in Washington, D.C., the Scottish Rite Masonic Lodge, the Elks and the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mallie Baldwin Pierce; two sisters, Mrs. Anne McWhirt of Falls Church and Mrs. Mary Patenotte of Miami Beach, Fla.
