The 1980-81 Game and Fish Law Summary booklets will soon be available from hunting and Fishing license agents.
Designed to assist the hunter and angler, the summaries contain information on the numerous fish and game animals found in Virginia.
Season dates are provided for all legal game and fish and in cases where hunting seasons are limited to a certain geographical area, a multicolored map is used to show the open territory.
This season’s fishing summary includes a number of significant changes in laws. Trout fishing will be particularly affected by regulations designed to protect and promote quality trout fishing.
