Three Rappahannock County students have been named recipients of recent honors and awards at Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal.
Jeffifer Anne Scherschel of Flint Hill, one of three Academy students attaining a perfect 4.00 grade-point average, was awarded the RMA Scholarship Medal presented the most outstanding classroom student. Scherschel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Scherschel, was also among 13 R-MA students on the President’s Academic List for he year. Lindsay Willoughby-Green Eastham, whose parents are Vlr. and Mrs. Thomas Eastham of Ben Venue -arms near Washington, was elected as a tri-captain of Randolph-Macon's 1980 'arsity football team and 1981 varsity track team.
