"So much of the success of the program hinges on the kids. We get them motivated and provide good work models and then they do the rest. CETA can open doors to experience for them.”
With this year’s program going so well, Cahill doesn’t anticipate having to try quite so hard next year to find employers willing to accept the responsibility of supervising a CETA youngster. ^‘Hopefully. I won’t have to beat the bushes for jobs. Hopefully, people will seek to have CETA youngsters employed,” she concluded.
