Benefit Library

The Northern Virginia Hairdressers Association will hold a cut-a-thon at Samuel's Public Library in Front Royal on Saturday. May 9. Haircuts for both men and women will be $5 with proceeds going to benefit the library's book fund. Sponsors invite all Rappahannock County residents to combine a hair cut with a visit to the library which recently celebrated its first anniversary at new quarters on Villa Avenue in Front Royal.
