Germanna Ac cepting Applications
For Nursing Program
Applications are now being accepted for the Germanna Community College Nursing Program which will begin in June, 1986. The application deadline is February 1. The Nursing Program at Germanna is a two year, full time day program, which prepares graduates to qualify to take the State Board of Nursing Examination for Registered Nurse Licensure. Graduates from Germanna Community College Nursing Program receive an Associate in Science degree with a major in nursing.

Classes Begin In Young
Persons Music Theatre
Classes for Young Persons Music Theatre, sponsored by the Shenandoah College and Conservatory Community Arts Program will begin January 19 at the Gallagher Community Arts Center in Winchester.
The ten-week course for youngsters interested in music theatre offers instruction in singing, dancing and acting to school age children and teenagers. Clases will be held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until noon. For more information call 665-0960.

Lord Fairfax Community College i$ sponsoring a Professional Development Program Seminar; Projecting a Positive Image; For Winning Women, on Thursday, February 7. The seminar will be held at the Aikens Sizzling Steak House on Valley Avenue (Route 11 South), Winchester from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. The fee for the seminar is $35.

Wearable Art Show And Sale Set
The Virginia Museum Shop will present a textile artists show and sale Friday and Saturday, January 25 and 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30. “Wearable Art” by a number of Virginia textile artists will be modeled and displayed in this third annual sale sponsored by the Virginia Museum Council. The Museum is on the Boulevard at Grove Avenue, two miles from exit 14 from 1-95 in Richmond.
Class In Music Listening Offered
A mpsic listening class is being offered by Shenandoah College and Conservatory Community Arts Program starting January 17.
Classes will be held on Thursdays from 2 until 3:30 p.m. for 8 weeks. The cost is $44 plus $6 annual registration fee.
Registration for all Community Arts Program classes is Monday through Thursdays from 3 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Gallagher Community Arts Center on Cameron and Cork Streets in downtown Winchester.
