Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 23, 1985 at 10:00 a.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications: 1. Special Use Permit Application 268: Thomas R. Baldwin, Sr. has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 7-1-2(12) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 to display up to but not more than five (5) used cars in connection with the existing automobile service station known as "Baldwin's West End Shell" located on U.S. Route 211, west of Sperryvllle, tn Piedmont Magisterial District. (Tax Map No. 38-15). Special Use Permit Application No. 269: Blrgttt K. Thornhill has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 2-1 -2( 14) or (20) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 to operate a Bed and Breakfast for a maximum of six guests on State Route 522 in Woodville, Virginia in Stonewall Magisterial District. (Tax Map Ref. No. 49A-1-18). Copies of the foregoing applications are on file at the Zoning Office for public inspection, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., (703) 675-3342, and will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission on Wednesday, January 16, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse at Washington. Virginia for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 16-2-3(2). if any.
