A Grand Jury was in session during term day in Rappahannock on Monday, January 1L and the jury returned 15 true billa^nie bills are endorsements on indictments when the jury finds that the accused should be prosecuted.

The jury returned a tgue bill on Gary W. Breeden for a felony bad check charge, and the case was continued to February 7 to give Breeden a chance to pay restitution. Tony O’Neal Banks was indicted for three charges of breaking and entering and three charges of grand larceny.

The jury indicted George Lee for two charges of breaking and entering and two charges of grand larceny. True bills were returned on Joseph Wenk for two charges of breaking and entering and two charges of grand larceny. Cir
