Cypsy Moth
Extension agent Birgitt Thornhill requested $40 from the Board to purchase burlap bands that, when wrrapped around trees, will help to monitor the number of gypsy moths. The measure also will help to eliminate the moths, said Thornhill.
Courthouse work
Clerk Diane Bruce reported that repairs on the faulty t russ in the courthouse roof had been completed. She asked that the Board authorize a $5,200 payment to the contractor. The Board authorized the payment as well as the return of an additional $5,200 that w’as held in escrow.
