Remember the Flint Hill Fireman’s Carnival July 29, 30, 31 and August 1. On Wednesday there will be family nite with all rides from 7:00 to 10:00 at one low price. At 0:30 on Thursday there will be the grand parade led by the newly crowned Miss Virginia. And on Saturday evening the drawing for the 1987 Chevette, registered Black Angus steer, two Washington Redskins season tickets and a suite of living room furniture. So hurry and get the family together and plan to attend this annual event. Plan now to have a great time.

Donna and Bud Brune had a 25th anniversary garden party at their Huntly vineyard on Saturday, July 18. Friends and relatives attended from all over the United States to celebrate the lovely couple’s silver jubilee.
