it to be beyond the call of duty. Most importantly, I had the genuine feeling that Deputies Brown and Jackson were interested not just in my situation as a police matter but in me as a person in trouble - a wonderful feeling to have when you’re stranded many miles from home.
Rappahannock County is fortunate and should be proud to have Deputies of the caliber of Todd Brown and Ray Jackson.
