The Rappahannock County Garden Club’s gavel was passed to its new president, Celine Siira, in a brief presentation conducted by Florence Nordone, in her capacity as representative of the District Board, at the July meeting of the garden club. The meeting was held at the home of Helen Platt who was assisted by co-hostess Jane Peterson. Also installed were Helen Brown, vice president; Breezy Gannon, secretary; and Dottie Hooff, treasurer.
