Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan are the proud grandparents of a new baby boy, Chad Edward bom to Mr. and Mrs. Bill Duncan of Shenandoah.The grandparents spent several dayswith the Bill Duncan family therelast week.

Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Burke of | Rochelle were Friday supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory and family on Rt. 615. Mr. and Mrs. Shelvy Frazier joined the group later. Timothy Robinson of Culpeper spent Friday with the Peregory children.

Mrs. George Butler, Mrs. Cary Thornhill and Mrs. Frank Duncan attended the funeral of Mrs. Josephine Wood in Culpeper on Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Henry Jr. of Washington are proud to announce the birth of a son, Jon William bom Dec. 28 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas. He weighed seven pounds, 15 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. William Stinker of Marshall.

Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Henry Sr. of Mount Jackson.

Maternal great-grandmother is Mrs. Margie K. Shipp of Morrisville.
