WITHDRAWAL FROM
EAST WAKEFIELD AGRICULTURAL
AND FORESTAL DISTRICT
In accordance with Section 15.1-1511 (f), Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby gives notice of its intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, July 6, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the request for withdrawal of 547 1617 acres (Tax Map 5, Parcel 14) by Alfred & Klara Kummli from the East Wakefield Agricultural and Forestal District. The applicants intend to create three two (2) acre parcels from the farm, and to then place the balance (in four parcels) under scenic easement to the Virginia Outdoors Foundation.
The application to withdraw from the District is available for inspection at the County Administration Office, in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, June 17, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, June 17, 1998, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
