NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENEWAL OF
C.E. JOHNSON AGRICULTURAL
AND FORESTAL DISTRICT
In accordance with §15.2-4311, Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, July 6, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the renewal of the C.E. Johnson Agricultural and Forestal District, for a period of ten (10) years.
The proposed Ordinance continuing the District is available for inspection at the Clerk s Office and the County Administration Office, both in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, June 17, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, June 17, 1998, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and to make comment.
