She was bom on Dec. 31, 1911 to the late Bernard Inskeep and Beulah Fletcher Yowell.
Mrs. Richardson was a graduate at the University of Virginia school of nursing, and a member of the Jefferson Society.
She was a resident of Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community.
Mrs. Richardson is survived by one son Don Richardson and his wife Lisa of Culpeper; one daughter Nancy Pryor and her husband Marshall of Charlottesville; two grandsons Edward Pryor of Charlottesville and Nathan Richardson of Culpeper and one granddaughter Taylor Richardson of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include four brothers B. Carlin Inskeep, James L. Inskeep, Clyde Inskeep and his wife Louise, and R.J. Inskeep and his wife Hope, all of Culpeper; one sister, Jesse Christensen and her husband Vern of Culpeper and one sister-in-law Myrtle Marks of Charlottesville, and lots of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of many years, Bernard Taylor Richardson.
A grave side service was held at Monticello Memorial Park in Charlottesville, on Thursday, Aug. 13.
