On Dec. 28, the commission will meet to discuss a minor boundary adjustment for property owned by The Inn, the comprehensive plan and an Architectural Review Board recommendation regarding the historic district ordinance.
The commission completed the review of Herd’s report and will incorporate parts they choose into the comprehensive plan. He projected that the town would grow by one to two dozen households in ten years.
Butler said that she had attended all the public meetings Herd had used to gather his information and did not see how he could have arrived at his conclusions.
“This is an excellent of summary of the town zoning,” said commission member Steve Critzer, and added that he would like it included in the comprehensive plan.
In his report Herd said a wastewater system is critical.
