THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to partition the following real property situated in Rappahannock County. Virginia and more particularly de- : scribed as follows: !

All that certain tract or parcel of land (Tax Map t Parcel 23-10), together with any buildings and im- ' provements thereon and privileges and appurte- " nances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Jackson Magisterial District. Rappahannock • County. Virginia, the property being located on the State Road leading from Amissville to Crest Hill, ' and known as the Anderson land, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at a stone in the line of the Murphy farm and comer to lot known as the seventeen acre lot. thence with the line of the Murphy land S 59 % E 45.2 poles to a stone on the east side of the above named road corner to Devers; thence with the line of Devers S 26 34 W 162 poles to stone in said line corner to the Murphy farm.N 49 34 W 104 poles to a large red oak, an old corner, N 29 34 E 80.4 poles to a stone corner to a 17 acre lot: thence with the line of the 17 acre lot as located by J. E. Sutphin. Surveyor, (by survey dated November 11, 1918) S 59 34 E 745 8 feet to a stone to be planted on a hillside, N 29 34 E 1000 feet to the beginning containing 78.5 acres by an old survey (land not calculated by said Sutphin).

And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law j that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of , the Complainants to ascertain in what county, city or i state the Defendant NORMA CARTER is, without 1 effect; and. \

It further appearing that the above-named Defendants ROY THOMPSON and SELENDIA (SELEANIA) THOMPSON are not residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and their addresses are unknown; and,

It further appearing that the above-named Defendant TANJA RENEE WARD is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 9901 Good Luck Road, #T-1, Seabrook, Maryland, 20706; that the above-named Defendant BERNARD WALKER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last knowff post office address is 2205 Vermont Avenue, Landover, Maryland, 20785; that the above-named - 1 Defendant RALPH WALKER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 7835 Michele Drive, Landover, i Maryland. 20785; and,

It further appearing that the heirs at law of WILLIE MILTON GRIGSBY, ROBERT HAYWARD THOMPSON, ELIZABETH DANIELS GRIGSBY 1 JAMES EDWARD (J.W) GRIGSBY, ANDREW ! FRANKLIN GRIGSBY. MARIE LOUISE TOLIVER GRIGSBY. JOHN HENRY GRIGSBY SAM BOOTEN GRIGSBY, GEORGE ROBERT GRIGSBY, ALBERT PENDLETON GRIGSBY MARY ALICE GRIGSBY THOMPSON, SARAH CATH- ! ERINE GRIGSBY JEFFRIES. NORMA CARTER ROY THOMPSON and SELENDIA (SELEANIA) THOMPSON who now are or may be deceased, and whose names are unknown, are or may be interested in the subject to be partitioned or disposed of in this suit, if any such heirs at law there be.
