The Rappahannock Lions Club held its annual Ladies Night Dinner meeting last Wednesday evening with members and guests attending. Highlighting the occasion was the presenta[ tion of a check by the local club to the Old ; Dominion Eye Bank in Richmond. Officers for the Amissville Ruritan Club were elected in October and installed last week. Outgoing president Robert B. Settle passed the gavel to new president Gilbert Lawrence and then L.J. Davis installed the officers: Edward Lawrence, secretary; Farrell Nicholas, treasurer, Stanley Settle, threeyear director; and Jim Harper, vice president.
