Char family enjoyed the holidays but the most special days are when all my children are home and I can feed, listen, laugh and care for them again. Eduard (my oldest) and wife Noelle Welch, Glen Allen, Va. and Rheannon Sorrells (home, Front Royal and on break from JMU), fiance of my middle child Billy Welch, visited our family both holidays.
Happy Birthday goes to my baby child, Elizabeth Welch, who turned 13. Ah, the teenage years. For the record, in Fauquier County at the Fauquier Hospital on January 3, 1991, Elizabeth Welch became the first baby of the New Year, with Dr. Lloyd as the attending physician. Happy
