Softball registration
The Piedmont Softball Association in Amissville is ready to register participants for its fall program. The fee is $25, and the program is open to girls 5-12 years of age who reside in Rappahannock. New girls must bring birth certificates.
Registration begins on Saturday, Aug. 7, 9 to 11 a.m.; Wednesday, Aug. 11, 7 to 9 p.m;. and Saturday, Aug. 14, 9 to 11 a.m. All registrations will take place at Bill Payne Auctions, Route 211, Amissville (between Early’s Carpet and Mayhugh’s Store).
