Catstravaganza benefits RappCats, the countywide, non-profit, all-volunteer cat welfare and rescue organization. Rappahannock is the only county in Virginia that does not have a cat shelter nor does it provide any funding for the care of its stray, abandoned and abused cats. RappCats' mission is to fill that void.
