Pursuant to Section 170-129 and 170-134 o! the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board o* Supervisors for Rappahannock County. Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 7:00pm at the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia, in order to consder the following application.
RZ 09-07-01 Sheila O Brien Wolk, Trustee, to amend the proffers associated with RZ 87-04-09 and RZ 88-09-02. to allow professional offices and or retail sales in the former School House restaurant located at 675 Zachary Taylor Highway. (4.6373 acres. Tax Map 13. Parcel 74, Wakefield District, zoned Village Commercial). Application allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-134 of the Rappahannock County Code.
