1 agree with Charlie Eh lifts in the news article - no appraiser who is ethical and knows their job is going to “pad” an appraisal. There is a bill in Congress. H R 3044. to put this program on hold so that it can be looked into further For the sake of the homeowners who need to refinance, 1 hope it is repealed.
