A special “friends and neighbors” rate of $108 per person (excluding tax, gratuity and beverage) will be available Sunday - Thursday (excluding holidays) not only to the residents of Rappahannock County but also Culpeper, Warren and Fauquier counties, she said. Proof of residency will be required.
