Neck regions, Kaine's recommended projects also included a $26.5 grant request from FiberLight to add (among other expansions throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland) a western spur to its existing Leesburg to Culpeper line.

The spur would follow US. 522 from Puree 11 ville to Front Royal and on through Washington and Sperryville.

FiberLight’s project includes no consumer connections, but makes such connections easier and and somewhat more affordable for smaller service providers such as PBB and VABB.
