Two Indictments
At the January court held on .Monday, the grand jury returned two indictments: (1) against Ter. 1 i 11 Brazelton for grand lartr-nv » of a portable electric generator, property of J. Allen Williams; (2) against Kinsey Atkins for breaking and entering the meathouse of Harrison Atkins,' his son-in-law, and taking therefrom one ham, valued at $5.
The grand jury was composed of J. W. Critzer, foreman ; J. Bradley Atkins, George Devers, 1.. R.—H udson,—James K.—Yates,-— L. H. Luttreil, and W. I,. Yancey.
In the case of Dorothy Young versus Terrill Brazelton, action J for $376.00 wages, decision was reserved until January 20.

Thursday, January 12: Case of Commonwealth versus James William Cave, on his appeals from Trial Justice Court AVhere he received two years on two counts of disorderly conduct.
Wednseday, January 18: Kinsey Atkins, case of misplaced ham.
