Ten days of intensive training in ice cream making are scheduled for a short course at API January 23-Felbruary 4.
C. W. Holdaway, head of the daii v department, says ice cream making' is becoming more important because of the increasing demand for a quality produVt. The course will deal with man . featuring processes and operation of machinery, as well as lab tests and computations necessary .in making mixes.
