Two of the Freshmen boys, .Vewbill Miller arid William Burke are sporting Panther Jackets. We are proud of them and next year hope to have even more Sophomores with them.
Library. News
(By Lucy Mae Reager) ' At the last library club meeting, Jean Woodard, the president, presided. We discussed ways of improving the library by reading books and keeping the shelves in order. Our attention was called to the new shelf labels which have been recently added and it is hoped that they will be of use to the,student body.
We wish to thank Mr. Wagner and his shop boys for the fine and very useful magazine rack they made for us.
The library club has added labels on tlie rack to keep the magazines in better order.
Our treasurer reported 78c collected for fines. On returning from Thanksgiving vacation, we found three boxes of books, lent is from „the extension library in Richmond. These 'books have been widely circulated and were much enjoyed by all the student body. There are many good dog, horse, adventure and mystery bboks among these books!. We hope that more of the students will read and enjoy them.
