Several letters and telephone calls have been receivetPwith favorable comments on “Rappahannock Recipes.'’-;—

A most enthusiastic report arrived last week about the cocoanut cake recipe sent in by Miss Louise Schwartz. A lady in the F. T. Valley says she used the recipe and found the results expedient.

It is hoped that the famous cook.- of Rappahannock will continue to justify their enviable reputations and send m recipes for publication.

Recently a req est was received for a copy -of a book calk’d “Rappahannock Recipes" which must have been published some years ago. The laxly who wanted the copy said she had had one in the family for many years but that it was now showing signs of wear. By questioning about, it was ascertained that one did exist, but, so far, no copy has been obtained.
