Mrs. Gilbert Fincham
Funeral services were held Friday, JanuaVy '20, from the Geest funeral chapel, for Mrs. Violet Leslie Fincham, wife of Gilbert Fincham of Woodville, who died at her home Wednesday, .January 18, after a long- and lingering illness. Rev. E. H. L. Snellings^ officiated and burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Fincham, d 0, was t-he daughter of the late Burton .Jenkins and O'N'eta Bennett Jenkins of Rappahannock county. Until her illness several years ago she was an active member of Woodville Baptist church. She was spoken of as a loving Christian mother whose influence for good was felt by all with whom she came in contact. She will be greatly missed by her family and those who knew and loved . her.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Calvin McCloud of Boston, Mrs. Oscar Coughlin of Woodville, ami Miss Rebecca Fincham of Woodville; two sons. Clifton and David Fincham of Woodville; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Fincham o? Culpeper, and Mrs. Nellie DonaVan of Philadelphia; a brother, Eastham Jenkins of Culpeper; and four grandchildren.
Those serving as pallbearers /were Ernest Hancock, Lloyd JenKins, James Lam, Floyd Jenkins, Clifton Jenkins, and Otis Burke. Honorary Pallbearers were did Dodson J. Wade Jenkins, Dr. R.
