Carleton Penn, Director, Division of Inheritance and Gift Taxes, Department of Taxation, Commonwealth of Virginia. -Extract from a decree of -theCircuit Court of said County entered in the above entitled eausa on the 8th day of May, I960: “It is further adjudged, ordered and decreed that this cause be referred to James M. Settle, Master Commissioner in Chancery, to ascertain forthwith, whom and in what manner the funds reported in the hands of the Bonded Special Commissioner are properly distributable, as Well as the amount of the costs in this suit, and also the amount of a reasonable attorney’s fee for counsel in conducting this suit.
