The following accusations were brought against school officials of the George Washington Carver Regional High School in Culpeper County.
1 have discussed each accusation with officials of this school and submit their reactions below: r
1. That only .persona from'far away places and who are good rental prospects are eligible for employment as teachers at this plant.
False—The school this year employed 7 local people.
2. That no eligible Negro applicants from any of the four counties who apply for teaching jobs will be approved.

8. That all local teachers who were employed at the plant with two exceptions have been let out.
False—Two local assorted teachers left this year because of pregnancy.
4. That these two remaining teachers are slated to go at the' end of the 1958-51 school year.
