That the Chairman of the Regional school board who incidentally is also the Supervisor of county education end a business firm in Culpeper, Va., have erected several sweat boxes on property adjoining the regional high school and are now in the process of erecting more are puti ting the squeeze on the principal to eliminate every teacher who is not a rental prospect in order to still feather this firm’s nest at the oost of the tax payers of the regional district
6. That teachers have been hired who are not qualified, to meet the approval of the principal’s wife who is the head of the home economics department and said teachers have been ordered to attend summer school in order to come up to the State requirements.

That the property upon which these sweat boxes have been erected was invigled out of tho owner by a very, very submissive Negro under the disguise of tho school board needing it and when the sale was confirmed it was deeded to the Chairman of the re. gional Board and a local business firm, the owner- stating had bo hove known the sale would not1 have been made.
8. That a statement was made in the presence of the Negro State Supervisor in reference to way this eligible teacher was not hired and the ineligible one was hired was mads by the principal’s wife
