Open Tent Meetings
Rev. R. H. Scroggins is conducting a series of open service tent meetings on the George Wood, place, Route 211 between Washington and Sper-ryville, each night in the week with the exception of Monday, at 8 o’clock. Guest speakers will be present each week to assist in the services. A healing service will be held on each Saturday night.
Brother William Stewart of Baltimore, Md., will conduct a special service Saturday, Juiy 22, at 8 p.m.
These meetings, 'beginning two weeks ago, ha’e been attended by large crowds and /they are scheduled to continue until cold weather this fall. Members of all church denominations are cordially invited to attend. .
