"The Federal Government issues a daily bulletin listing all items on which bids are being made by procurement agencies of the Department of Defense and the General Services Administration,, which buys for the Chilian agencies of the' Government. It lists the item, the bid invitation number, the name and address ■ of the agency inviting bids and the date of closing.
"The daily bulletin is sent to selected outlets throughout the . United States. There is no mailing list for in<jyvidual businessmen, and it is necessary to consult the bulletin at one of the selected outlets. -
