4. The taxes due on said real estate, the liens and debts against the said real estate and their priorities, and the debts of the said Janies Henry Hitt.

The parties in the above entitled cause will take notice that on the 5th day of September, 1950, between the hours of 10:00 o’clock A.M., and * 6:00 o’clock P.M., at my office in the Town of Washington, Virginia, I will proceed to execute the above decree, when and where they are required to attend with such books, papers, vouchers and evidence, as will enable me to comply with the order of said Court. If for any cause the proceedings be not commenced, or if commenced, be not concluded on said date, the same will be adjourned from day to day, at the time and place, between the same hours, until the same shall be completed.
