Miss Susan Woolston spent several days last week u the guest of Mrs, J. <3. Brown at Woodville.
Mr. and Mrs. Lowrie Richardson and son John Hill of Richmond, who have been Visiting Col. and Mrs. B. F. Miller at the home “Oak Hill,” returned to their home Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Barksdale attended a family reunion Sunday at “Solitude" the home of Mrs. J. O. Barksdale in Albermarle county, near Red Hill.
Mrs. J. B. Williams and Miss Minnie Williams are spending several weeks with Mrs. Williams' son, Marion Williams at Newport News.
W. H. Lyne, Dave and NeWbill Miller, Robert Menefee, and Richard Beck attended an agriculture demonstration in Front Royal Saturday.
ReV. and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Jake Yowell.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hoge, Jr., and daughter Lizzie Hoge, of Bluefield, W. Va., were guests of Mrs. J. W. Price at her home ‘The Maples", Wednesday and Thursday.
Mrs. W. B. Jenkins and Miss Mary Jenkins spent the day Thursday in Washington, D. C. On Friday Mrs. Jenkins and Miss Jenkins epent the day in Charlottesville.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Keatts had as their dinner guests Sunday Miss Ann Adkins, Miss Hazel Keatts, Grover Keatts of Danville, Richard Cu iherson of Fort Bragg, N.C.; Mrs. Dudley Noakes and daughter of Milldale and Mr. Samuel Parker of Front Royal.
