Bible Class Entertained
At “East Hamlet”
Mrs. G. W. Smith and Mrs. Fannie Eastham were joint hostesses to the Men’s Bible Class of the Methodist church Saturday evening for dinner at Mrs. Eastham’s home “East Hamlet.” Their guests were, Herbert Foster, Charles Foster, Bill Williams, Bob Cook, H. S. Barksdale, Clapde Cook, G. W. Smith, G. W. Smith, Jr., Charlie Smith, M. R. Bradford, III, S. B. Buirford* Jerry Atkins, Dabney Eastham, Louis Corbin, Carson Lillard, Rev. Norman Flythe, Phil Carter, W. G. Eastham, M. H. Brady, and Master Danny Eastham. Games were played such as drop the handkerchief, blind man’s buff. A most enjoyable time was had by all those attending.
